The Ladder
Member to Campus Leader

Five rungs, in order. Every requirement is something the club checks against a record, not something you claim on a form.

See where you stand

Enter the email address the club has for you. We will send you a link that signs you in. There is no password.

The link works once and expires in thirty minutes. After that first sign in, this page remembers you on this device for thirty days.

Three things that look like rungs and are not

They run alongside the ladder, not up it.

Serving Team

A standing service commitment any member can take on. It is a prerequisite for Coach, not a step toward it. You can be a Producer without ever serving, and serve for five years without becoming one.

DK Blitz Coordinator

A specialisation inside the Serving Team, earned at Producer. Deliberately not a leadership title, so a long-serving coordinator who has stopped producing can step back without it being a demotion.

The Producer Track

Twelve months, invitation only, and the only route to Coach. It sits inside rung 2 as the second Producer tier. It is not a rung, and nobody in it carries a coach word of any kind.
